After the event, we will share the pitches with our global network of other investors — we want founders to succeed, even if we don’t write a winning check.

<TERMS>

Prize money is a $150,000 SAFE investment on a default $2M post-money valuation, with pro-rata rights (because we want to have the power to invest in your next round) and unlimited follow-on potential. We can increase valuation based on your previous valuation or traction.
